Does Brand Nexus represent or own third-party brand names shown in examples?
No. Brand Nexus does not represent, own, license, or claim affiliation with third-party brand names, trademarks, or trade dress that may appear in portfolio examples, case studies, or mockups. Such references illustrate our design and strategy capabilities applied to client engagements or hypothetical exercises — they are not endorsements, partnerships, or evidence of counterfeit affiliation. We do not manufacture goods bearing third-party marks and we do not assist clients in creating counterfeit products. Is Brand Nexus a life coaching service because of the .one domain?
No. Brand Nexus Pte. Ltd. is a commercial brand strategy and identity design studio. The domain brandnexus.one uses the .one brand top-level domain as our digital identity — it does not indicate life coaching, personal development programmes, or wellness services. We provide brand positioning, identity architecture, visual language, messaging hierarchy, and campaign stewardship for organisations. If you are seeking executive or personal coaching, you will need a different provider.
What is the difference between programmes and services?
Programmes are structured engagements with defined deliverables and pricing anchors listed on our programmes page — for example, a Brand Strategy & Positioning Workshop or a Visual Identity & Design System build. Services are modular studio engagements scoped to your specific need: a one-week identity audit, a visual language refresh, quarterly brand stewardship, or campaign asset adaptation. Many clients begin with a service and progress into a programme once scope clarifies.
Where is Brand Nexus located and what are your hours?
Our studio is at 277 Orchard Road, #11-22 Orchard Gateway, Singapore 238858 (UEN 202816572K). Office hours are Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 Singapore Time. Workshops and briefings can be held on-site or via video for regional stakeholders. Reach us at +65 6920 3184 or [email protected].
Are programme prices fixed in SGD?
Programme pages show starting prices in Singapore dollars (SGD) as of 26 June 2026. Final quotes depend on stakeholder count, asset complexity, revision rounds, and timeline. We provide written proposals after a scoping conversation. Goods and services tax (GST) applies where required under Singapore law and will be itemised on invoices.
Do you guarantee business results from brand work?
No. Brand Nexus provides brand strategy, identity design, and campaign stewardship — we do not guarantee ranking positions, revenue growth, lead volume, viral reach, or sales conversions. Reference metrics in our portfolio are illustrative snapshots from past engagements, not forecasts of your outcomes. Results reflect budget, category competition, product-market fit, and how your team executes internally after deliverables are handed over.
Who owns the final brand assets?
Upon full payment and unless otherwise specified in your contract, clients receive ownership of approved final deliverables — logo files, guidelines documents, templates, and associated source assets produced under the engagement. Brand Nexus retains the right to display credited or anonymised work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Work-in-progress files and unapproved exploratory directions remain studio property.
How do I request a brand audit checklist?
Submit an enquiry via our contact form with subject "Identity audit request" or mention the checklist in your message. We will share a PDF self-assessment framework and offer an optional paid audit if you prefer a studio-led review with prioritised recommendations.
